The Location

The neighborhood in Playa Larga, Matanzas, Cuba, where Hostal Nueva Vida is located is extremely relaxing and quiet where the breeze from our sea circulates daily.

Hostal Neuva Vida is located in the Ciénaga de Zapatas National Park, Biosphere Reserve and Ramsa Site. This location is ideal for adventure tourism. Here you can enjoy various activities such as: diving, snorkeling, hiking, bird watching, sport fishing and others. We also have the beach for the less adventurous and those looking for a bit of tranquility.

The House

At Hostal Nueva Vida we have the general and important conditions for a good and cozy home, say air conditioning, hot and cold water 24 hours. Fridge with drinks and daily supplies, which you can enjoy sharing a good chat with the Host after an adventure or a good day at the beach.

Guest Access to Amenities

On the ground floor, guests have access to the bar, restaurant, terrace, garden and kitchen. They also have access to the first floor terrace with restaurant and to the second floor viewpoint. The surroundings of the house are also available for the enjoyment of our guests.

Other Local Services and Destinations

Hostal Nueva Vida organizes excursions, dives, bike rides, motorbike rentals, and the like. We also guarantee trips to the most popular places in the area such as the National Park, the Laguna del Tesoro, the Fish Cave, the Enigma de las Rocas, the Salinas de Brito Flamingo tour, Playa Girón and its history, and many other beautiful and interesting places.

We have four rooms in the house that are available for rental. Each has its own decor and personality. View the pictures and choose the room that suits you best! Our rooms provide accommodation for 1 to 4 guests; please make note of how many guests your room allows while booking your reservation.

Getting around

Hostal Nueva Vida has a convenient and fairly central location, very close to the Viazul stop (national transport). The house helps manage local and national taxi services. In the same house you can manage rental of bicycles and motorcycles to tour the entire area. We also arrange pick up and drop at the Airports of Havana, Varadero and Santa Clara.
